Hi there! Most of the students began the school year today! To make it that little bit more fun I
suggest trying these waffles with lots of delicious toppings!

Składniki:
-  300g mąki
- 85g roztopionego masła
- 350ml ciepłego mleka
- łyżeczka suchych drożdży
- 60g cukru
- 2 jajka
- szczypta soli
- wybrane przez Was dodatki

Idgredients:
- 300g flour
- 85g melted butter
- 350ml warm milk
- tsp dry active yeast
- 60g sugar
- 2 eggs
- pinch salt
- toppings of your choice

Przepis:

1. Drożdże zmieszaj z odrobiną ciepłego mleka i odstaw aby drożdże mogły zacząć pracować
2. Rozbij jajka oddzielając białko od żółtka
3. Białko ubij na sztywną pianę z odrobiną soli
4. Utrzyj żółtka z cukrem i masłem, po chwili dodaj drożdże
5. Do masy dodawaj małe ilości mleka i mąki na zmianę, dokładnie mieszając
6. Do masy dodaj ubite białka i bardzo delikatnie wymieszaj aby masa została dobrze napowietrzona
7. Odstaw gotowe ciasto na 1 godzinę
8. Smaż gofry w gofrownicy posmarowanej odrobiną oleju
9. Na wierzch dodaj dodatki

Recipe:

1. Mix your yest with a bit of warm milk and set aside for a few minutes to activate the yest
2. Crack your eggs separate the whites from the yolks
3. Beat your egg whites until stiff 
4. Beat your egg yolks with the sugar and butter, then add the yest mixture
5. Add the flour and milk interchangably in small amounts at one time, keep mixing
6. Add the egg whites to the mixture and fold in really gently
7. Let the batter rise for 1 hour
8. Put the waffle batter into the waffle maker and fry with a little bit of oil
9. Add the topping of your choice

Ready to be served!
